DO I HAVE TO SEND YOU MY ITEM ?
The answer is yes. Unless you have removable faceplates for your mobile, you will have to send us whatever you want us to customize. In the case of mobile phones we recommend you ALWAYS remove the sim card and with any item we recommend you ALWAYS send it by insured, signed for post. We supply cases for iPhone 4's, as such you don't need to send us your phone.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to the fact that the crystals are affixed onto your item we cannot give refunds if you don't like your item. In the unlikely event your item gets damaged in transit the postal insurance will cover any damage. In the very unlikely event that your item gets damaged while it is being customized by us we will offer a replacement item.

WHAT IF A CRYSTAL COMES OFF ?
The crystals should not come off if you treat your fabulous accessory with care and respect, however if one does come off, we supply you with a repair kit containing spare crystals, glue and instructions. We also offer a free repair service as part of our after care policy*.

HOW DO I PAY ?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express (fee may apply for AMEX) paypal, bank transfer, cash, cheques and postal orders made out to CrystalSkins.

WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH?
We only use the finest SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS and each crystal is glued on by hand, one at a time. WE USE 2.6mm AND 1.8mm CRYSTALS*, EACH ITEM TAKES BETWEEN 1400 AND 3000 CRYSTALS. Other companies may appear cheaper but they may use larger crystals that don't acheive the same professional finish. Please see our testimonials page for client satisfaction reports. We have supplied T-Mobile, Motorola, Blackberry, the X-Factor, Britains Next Top Model and many many more high profile clients and celebrities worldwide. *3mm crystals used for microphones and some larger items depending on client budget allowance.
