To make sure the product is of the highest quality and long lasting, we affix the crystals using a special crystal cement directly onto your mobile phone, iPod or whatever it is you want us to customize.

WE ONLY USE 2.6mm AND 1.8mm CRYSTALS TO COVER MOBILE PHONES AND IPODS, EACH ITEM TAKES BETWEEN 1400 AND 2000 CRYSTALS.

To achieve this you have to mail us your item, along with a completed order form (we can also take your order over the phone if you wish) and your payment to the address on the contact page. All phones must be booked in for appointment by telephone or email so we know when to expect your phone. We understand it's hard to be without your beloved mobile or iPod for more than 5 minutes, so we try to ensure all items are customized and returned to you looking stylish and gorgeous between 3 and 5 days.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE BOOKED IN BY PHONE OR EMAIL BEFORE THEY ARE SENT. ANY ITEM SENT WITHOUT A PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED APPOINTMENT WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. WHEN AN APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED ALL ITEMS MUST BE SENT TO US BY SPECIAL DELIVERY UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED. PLEASE INFORM US WHEN YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ITEM SO WE KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT IT. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN IT ARRIVES.

We always advise you to send your item with postal insurance and make sure it is signed for by us and we will extend the same courtesy when returning you precious property.

If in the unlikely event a crystal becomes dislodged once we have returned your item to you, you can re affix it with one of the spares we will send you in your after care kit.

If you wish to customize your item yourself we also supply kits so you can do it yourself. The kits include crystals in whichever colours you choose and the crystal cement. Prices will vary depending on what item you wish to cover. Please see the DIY page for more information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently only accept cheques and postal orders made payable to CrystalSkins, we also accept paypal (please email for details), bank transfer and cash. Credit card facilities will be made available if demand is high, but to keep our costs down we do not accept credit cards at present. We will ship worldwide.
