HOW TO ORDER

To make sure the product is of the highest quality and long lasting, we affix the crystals using special crystal cement directly onto your item. To achieve this you have to send us your item, along with a completed order form and your payment to the address on the contact page (we can also take your order over the phone if you wish). All phones must be booked in for appointment by telephone or email so we know when to expect your phone. We understand it's hard to be without your beloved gadget for more than 5 minutes, so we try to ensure all items are customized and returned to you looking stylish and gorgeous between 5 and 7 working days.

We can provide cases for some models of phones if required. For iPhones, we provide cases only and do not cover the actual phone. For the iPhone Bezel edge designs we apply directly to the phone.

For cases with just a subtle sparkle (not fully covered with crystals) you can choose from our ready made off the shelf cases from our diffusion range. Please click here for a range of designs. Prices start from £40.00. We also make fully covered cases customised to your design requirements so you can choose you colours and style for the full crystal experience. All items must be booked in by phone or email before they are sent. Any item sent without a previously arranged appointment will be returned to sender. When an appointment has been booked all items must be sent to us by special delivery unless otherwise arranged. Please inform us when you have sent your item so we know when to expect it. We will notify you when it arrives.

We always advise you to send your item with postal insurance and make sure it is signed for by us and we will extend the same courtesy when returning you precious property.
